WHAT IS CONCEPT OF
RUAA (DEKHNA) IN AL-QURAN.
Philosophical interpretation means explaining or understanding the meaning.
These are external elements of the horizon.

To know about RUAA there are mentioned two terms in AL-QURAN-
1. One is muhkimaat (order) (Proof of psychology)
It is an Emotional Intelligence of the creation as well as attributes of the
creator.
2. Second is muttashabihaat
(Laws) (Evidence of horizon) It
is an intelligence of the creation.
रुआ (RUAA) को समझने के लिए अल-क़ुरआन में दो शब्द उल्लेखित हैं:
मुह्कमात (مُحْكَمَات) — आदेश (Order)
यह मनोविज्ञान का प्रमाण (Proof of Psychology) है। यह सृष्टि की भावनात्मक बुद्धिमत्ता (Emotional Intelligence) तथा सृष्टिकर्ता के गुणों/विशेषताओं को दर्शाता है।
मुतशाबिहात (مُتَشَابِهَات) — नियम/क़ानून (Laws)
यह क्षितिज का प्रमाण (Evidence of Horizon) है। यह सृष्टि की बुद्धिमत्ता (Intelligence of Creation) को दर्शाता है।
If you can observe any physical elements of the event with intelligence therefore this is material consciousness but you have that higher consciousness which can be considered that physical phenomenon in the reference facts behind the natural interpretation.
अगर आप किसी घटना की भौतिक चीजों को समझदारी से देख सकते हैं, तो यह भौतिक चेतना है; लेकिन आपके पास वह उच्च चेतना है जो प्राकृतिक अर्थ के पीछे छिपे तथ्यों के आधार पर उस भौतिक घटना को समझ सकती है।
The RUAA is the cosmic INTELLECTUAL of the
conversion and transformation of physics to psyche and psyche to physics.
RUAA फिजिक्स को साइकोलॉजी मे और साइकोलॉजी को फिजिक्स में बदलने और बदलने की प्रक्रिया जो कि दरअसल उस तब्दीली की समझ है जो कि रब अता है
1. एक तरीक़ा अल्लाह की आयात से देखना है।
2. और दूसरा अपने रब की आयात से देखना है।
سَنُرِيهِمْ آيَاتِنَا فِي الْآفَاقِ وَفِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ
We will show them
our signs in the horizons by our supreme psychology
and they will see facts in their material psyche like impacts of self
psychology.
In hindi
हम उन्हें अपनी उच्चतम मनोवैज्ञानिक चेतना के माध्यम से क्षितिजों में अपनी निशानियाँ दिखाएँगे, और वे अपनी भौतिक मनोचेतना में उन तथ्यों को आत्म-मनोविज्ञान के प्रभावों के रूप में अनुभव करेंगे।
Fussilat 41:53
سَنُرِيهِمۡ ءَايَٰتِنَا فِي ٱلۡأٓفَاقِ وَفِيٓ أَنفُسِهِمۡ حَتَّىٰ يَتَبَيَّنَ لَهُمۡ أَنَّهُ ٱلۡحَقُّۗ أَوَلَمۡ يَكۡفِ بِرَبِّكَ أَنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءࣲ شَهِيدٌ
We will show them
our signs in the horizons by our supreme psychology
and they will see facts in their material

until it becomes explained and clear to them that it is the truth. But is it not sufficient concerning your Lord that He is, over all things, a Witness
हम उन्हें अपनी उच्चतम मनोवैज्ञानिक चेतना के माध्यम से क्षितिजों में अपनी निशानियाँ दिखाएँगे, और वे अपनी भौतिक मनोचेतना में उन तथ्यों को आत्म-मनोविज्ञान के प्रभावों के रूप में अनुभव करेंगे।
यहाँ तक कि उन्हें साफ़ समझ में आ जाएगा कि यही सत्य है। क्या उनके लिए यह पर्याप्त नहीं कि उनका रब हर चीज़ का गवाह है?”
